- Features which compliment a users experience.
- Free or Paid.
- Regional excellence, if it applies.
- Focus.
- Timely submit to acceptance time periods.
What is of less importance are;
- Blinding ads.
- C.S.S., over conventional tables.
- This is handy, but not an indication of a directorys worth.
- General fever. Just because the general word on the street is that directory "X" is the best, does not necessarily mean that it is.
- Its pagerank is not a major factor, as some may be new.
